"One million days" is the name of the project, still in progress, which has lasted for two years and is carried out entirely in Estonia.

I called this work "A Million Days" because every image that portrays things, people, and landscapes is the sum of the time that has shaped them and given life to stories. Photos are also a space to write impressions, thoughts, poems, or descriptions of places, things, or sensations.
Each image is therefore accompanied by a handwritten text by the subject portrayed or by me when I was alone to portray something that attracted me. My wife Angelica, whom I met in Estonia and who acted as my guide, also participated in the writing of several texts.
You will find texts in Estonian, Russian, English and Italian.

The topics covered are many, such as cultural contrasts, my impressions of landscapes, the history of the country, portraits of strangers or loved ones and shots of artists and clubbers who frequent the underground scene.

Several images are treated with paint, a technique used a lot in my previous projects on Polaroid and silver prints.

I don't want to give a precise definition to this project, it might seem like a reportage but it is also a diary, my diary, which collects my visions and impressions, each portrait is also a self-portrait, in the constant search for a connection with others and with the space that surrounds me.
Uploading this project to my online portfolio is a first step because I intend to turn this collection of photos into a book.

I will update this project on Behance every time I feel like adding some new photos that are important to me to the completion of the work and maybe over time the translation of the texts accompanied by the images.

Thanks to those who will dedicate time to watching this project, even your moments spent in the company of these visual stories will add up to "A million days".
